    I bought the batteries but first they came late ( after I need it) Second out of 4 batteries two are not working. If I return them then it cost more in total. I will rate it very poor in product as well as service.

    Product is ok, seems to not sense if the batteries are fully charged or not. Unplug the charger for 10 seconds and the batteries will go through the full 6 hour charge cycle.
