Mostly Good Unit! Interesting Features: 1) "voice activated" means very slight vibrations will turn on backlight. This is handy. Loud sharp noises work as well. 2) You can force the remote to send you data by pressing a button. It's not polling, it sends it, but I guess that's useful. It updates on it's own very frequently anyway 3) There are internal trims for humidity, there is none (that I can find) for temperature. Complaints: 1) The temperatures are off by nearly a degree C. That's over 1 degree F. I know it sounds minor, but as I use this to tell if it's hotter outside than inside, what good does it do if I have to remember they should be different? A trim would be VERY useful. 2) The beep is always on. When you're setting the clock (or the calendar language??) it's beeping loudly and annoyingly. Not a big deal. 3) The biggest deal: There is no C/F switch on the main unit! There is one on the remote, but you can't switch the indoors unit to display either temp in F. Kinda a

Received the weather Station rather quickly. this is an outstanding product. the RF range is pretty far so you can mount outdoor unit quite a distance from the weather station. the unit does everything as mentioned Weather Station, Wireless LCD Weather Station Clock with RF Receiver, Display Temperature, Humidity, Date, Week and Time. The manual is a little tricky to understand. If you ever owned any other weather station setting this one up will be a breeze. It would have been nice if you could turn the backlight on for the length of time you create. Other than that this Station works perfectly.

The weather station is fast and easy to start. As of now I’m still don't have any problems. It works great. I'm in the basement and the signal is strong. The info on the weather station are very easy clear to read but It’s great when it’s very dark, I just have to make somewhat loud noise for the night bleu light to come on for a better viewing on all weather info and more. It’s also save the life of the batteries. At this price it’s a very good device. I would recommend to anyone that needs a good weather station, time and more info before going outside. Have a great time and a sunny funny Day. Chris

For the price, this device is hard to beat... once you get past the terrible documentation. However, there is still on thing I can't figure out. Is it possible to change the date display from Day/Month to Month/Day? I've tried all the button pushes I can think of and still can't do this.

To user below - "DOWN" button on back switches between ° C and °F while in normal display (non-setting) state, found out by accident, not in meager instructions, light very bright, voice seems to work - must throw rear switch "on" for light function to be active. "UP" button for 24 hr mode vs AM/PM mode. Lots of features for this price, compared to the Lacrosse I got here. Stand plus mounting hole on both units. Month-date-day-seconds - full calendar. About to hook up wireless so hope the range is good like the other person said, the Lacrosse is intermitent from a short distance even. Forecast and phases. A good buy on sale, recommended.

Great product. The first person's review is a lie (3 star review). Main part has a C/F switcher and you can easily turn off the beep sound. This is my 2nd item. It is so good that I need another one :) Activated by sound or vibration. The item looks great. Highly recommended item.
