This is a great item for such a cheap price. Anyone with a Canon SLR should get one of these. No brainer. It worked perfectly the first time (you have to have the camera on the timer setting).

Can't complain about the size or the shipping! Got to me quick and it's a great little remote. Range leaves a little to be desired—beyond about 15 ft, it's hit or miss, and you have to be directly lined up with the camera's sensor (as with most IR remotes). But better than shelling out $25+ for the Canon branded version!

Works great with my Canon Rebel XTi (EOS 400D). Camera does a quick auto-focus before releasing the shutter. I've used it at about 12 feet away without any problem.

It works with my Canon EOS Rebel T1i, my friend's Canon EOS Rebel XSi. It also works in Bulb mode. It's a no brainer. Remember to set your Canon to Remote shooting mode.
