The unit I received has NON-UNIFORM KEY SENSITIVITY. Several keys are less sensitive than the others, and they are randomly located. When I type am email, every sentence will miss a few letters. This is really annoying. Even worse, this keyboard is manufacturer-warranty only! I contacted with both Meritline and the manufacturer and found you cannot return it! Only exchanges are possible, and I had to pay for the return shipping. I am awaiting my exchange to arrive. Hope it does not have the problem.

Different keys on this keyboard have different sensitivities. This means that some letters in a word or sentence often disappear. Meritline does not accept refund or exchange. It has manufacturer warranty only, but not really. The manufacturer confirmed receiving my return but then I never received the exchange. It's 3 weeks already. I will never buy any manufacturer warranty items again.

This keyboard works great. I have been using this keyboard as my primary PC keyboard for 2.5 months now on a single set of batteries with no problems. I use it daily for 7-8 hours. I was able to pair the device to my PC very easily. I could not pair with my Blackberry Bold for some reason. The keyboard is small, so if you have fat fingers you may have some problems with it. I can still type 70+wpm without any problems. Can't use it while in flight however...The manual is very limited in detail which is a problem during pairing troubleshooting. Otherwise, great product

The set-up for this keyboard is quick and simple. It is exceptionally useful and helpful to have the Multi-Device Fast Switch Feature. I can easily connect to multiple devices that I need to use. This keyboard is very convenient, allowing me to jump between different devices with the press of two keys. The keys are smooth and responsive. I would definitely recommend the BT-500.

It works just great, but no information on how to switch between keypad and alpha input, I just kept punching buttons until I got letters instead of numbers, but I don't know what pair of buttons did the trick. Other wise it is what they claim, only tried it with Win and Samsung Android.
