Baaghi 3 Movie Review- Plot Analysis

After the release of the Baaghi 3 trailer, almost everyone could tell the story. The storyline is quite predictable. So the story s about two brothers Ronnie played by Tiger Shroff and Vikram played by Riteish Deshmukh. The two share an unbreakable bond, such that whenever Vikram lands into any trouble, Ronnie comes to his rescue. Everything is going quite smoothly until there is a sudden turn of events. Vikram travels to Syria for some official work, where he gets kidnapped. However, things further mess up, when Ronnie witnesses everything, his brother being beaten and kidnapped.

He then decides to invade the country for his brother. He can take on anyone and anything for his brother, even Jaish-e-Lashkar, the terrorist group in Syria. And so for his brother’s safety, he starts his rampage of destruction, knowing that he has to take on the entire country. It is like a one-man army against a complete nation.

Baaghi 3 Movie Review

Baaghi 3 is the third film directed by Ahmed Khan and he has tried to throw in every trick to make his film a one-man action thriller. One of the elements being the deadly machismo of the leading man and his brute force.

Most part of the movie is filmed against the Syrian setting which succeeds in bringing the terrifying feel. There are three different villains in the film. However most of them are far too humorous to be playing a villain and it’s difficult to take them seriously except Abu Jalal, who is the main villain. He not only looks great in his part, but his performance is also chilling. The dialogues written by Farhad Samji are beautified with mass-market humor in the first half, while in the second half you will get the complete Bollywood feel.

As expected the action design is impressive, but the camerawork seems to be a little shaky with weak CGI. No matter how many whistles you blow on the slo-mo shots ad deafening explosions, but it cannot overpower the weak script.

Baaghi 3 Movie- Cast Performance

When it comes to action sequences and slithering dance moves dance, Tiger Shroff, is one of the most bankable actors in Bollywood. He is known to deliver high octane action sequences, blowing out everybody’s mind. His perfect toned body, attitude, and chiseled face make the action look even more real and in Baaghi 3 he is doing just the same.  However, he falls a bit short when it comes to comedy and emotional scenes.

Shraddha Kapoor, the leading lady, on the other hand, looks all glam and takes over the comic part in the first half, which is quite a relief. But since her character is not crucial to the plot and so you won’t get a lot of chances to enjoy her acting on screen.

Riteish Deshmukh, the versatile actor he is, plays an important role in the film. But unfortunately, his acting of a slow man-child is confusing. The constant protection that he needs, being a police officer himself is not explained. Apart from the loophole of his recruitment in the police after being so vulnerable, his performance seems to be inconsistent too.

Baaghi 3 Songs, Music and Background Score

Shraddha Kapoor and Tiger Shroff are reuniting after Baaghi, for the third installment of the franchise. They have endearing chemistry that you can see in the film, especially the songs. The iconic song Dus Bahane from the 2005 film Dus has been recreated. The song has already created a buzz amongst the fans and got mixed reviews.

Another song “Do You Love Me” has already become a great hit. Hot and beautiful Disha Patani is dancing and showing off her moves on this item number, marking her presence in the film.

Verdict

If you are Tiger Shroff fan then go out to the theatres and watch him groove, perform incredible stunts, and go shirtless on the big screen. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
