This film is a real-life story of Kapil Dev’s journey of life and as the captain of the Indian Cricket team. In this movie, viewers will be able to see India’s 1983 world cup victory. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are in the main leads. Pankaj Tripathi is playing the role of manager of the team in the movie. It was set to release on 10 April 2020 previously but due to COVID-19 fury, the release has been postponed.
Jayeshbhai Jordaar
Jayeshbhai Jordaar is another upcoming Hindi movie of Ranveer Singh. It is a comedy movie by the YRF Productions, directed by new-comer Divyang Thakkar. Ranveer Singh is portraying the role of Gujrati Boy in this movie who believes in equal rights. He believes that both male and female should be given equal rights. The film will hit the box office on Gandhi Jayanti 2020.
Takht
Another upcoming movie of Ranveer Singh is Takht. Directed by Karan Johar, this multi starer movie also includes Kareena Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt and Anil Kapoor. It’s a period drama where Ranveer will be portraying the role of Dara Shikoh, the eldest son of Shahjahan (Anil Kapoor). Vicky Kaushal will essay the role of Aurangzeb. However, it will be exciting to see Ranveer Singh again in the period drama. 24 Dec 2021 has been finalised as the release date of the movie.
No Entry Mein Entry
There is a buzz according to which Salman Khan is not interested to work in the No Entry Mein Entry, the sequel of No Entry. Boney Kapoor who is the maker of this film wants Ranveer Singh and his son Arjun Kapoor to play the lead roles. Now this will be interesting to see that in place of Salman Khan and Anil Kapoor, will Ranveer Singh or Arjun Kapoor be able to fit in the character.
The film will be releasing in 2022.
