I bought this in order to take more professional pictures of the cell phone accessories that I sell on eBay. I needed more professional shots of my cell phone case cover in order to post it on my wesbsite and ebay. This Merax One Shot Portable Photo Lighting Studio was just what I needed. I took some digital pics of my cell phone accessories and WOW what a difference! I couldn't be happier with the results that I am now getting. It allows me to put the light where I need it and filters the light where I do not. Also, the tent comes with a professional blue colored fabric for the background. It is very easy to assemble and portable to anywhere. Great product!!! I have recommended this to friends already!!

I like it but my pictures still have a yellow tint to them. I need to check out the buld and see if I can replace them with something else.

The yellow tint problem can be solved by adjusting white balance setting in camera.

The overall kit works fine. The bulbs inside the lights are finicky. The bulbs don't twist and lock very well. Sometimes the light comes on, sometimes it needs to be twisted a bit. NOTE: I had to take the bulbs out and use a small hook to pull on the contact points to make the buld twist in and lock better.

I also purchased this to take Ebay photos. I am impressed with all the items in this kit that fold down almost flat for easy storage. Very portable. The lights get very hot, so be sure to unplug when not in use. Has a white and a blue background. I'm totally pleased with this kit!

I love the lighting box! The pictures I get from it are SO much better than I was able to do before. My only complaint is that one of the two lights is hard to get the "tripod" legs to open. I have to use needle-nose pliers to get the legs out. But since it doesn't affect the usability or quality of it, it certainly wouldn't keep me from recommending it to others!

The tripod that holds the camera has a weakness in that there is no way to tighten the ball and when I attach my camera the weight of the camera causes it to fall forward. I must hold it steady when taking a picture. But, it is workable. All-in-all, however, I consider it a good value and useful for what I wanted, e.g. taking pictures of small items to put on ebay. Better than building your own with pvc and having to store all the parts. This unit allows one to keep all together in a compact case.

This One Shot Portable Photo Studio is a great tool for those selling things on-line or just taking inventory of their stuff for insurance records. Great package, everything fits in this carry case/folding studio neat and orderly.

I like the easy setup and the way I can take pictures of things i wish to sell or advertise for sale on ebay, make it simple and affordable to take such a great picture and have it look like a real professional did it..easy to use, setup, and there u go....

Easy set up. Don't hope for a miracle if you don't have the correct camera but good enough to do what you need.

Product delivered on time. Product unpacked and inspected; everything works and looks to be good quality consistent with the price paid. Light and camera tripod adjustability should conveniently support taking pictues of varying size objects

this is preety cool overall, but its not portable, the lights have cords that need to be pluged in, pain in the arse to setup just 4 one picture

I am a jeweler, so the pieces I photograph are relatively small. The table top studio did not really meet my needs. I needed better lighting and am able to use the lamps that came with the set. They are not as bright as I would like, but since they are small and light weight I can use them creatively along with other lights. For me the problem is that the box is too big and the light gets diffused too quickly. I have a somewhat smaller collapsible table top studio from a different manufacturer. I use this one and place one of the lights on top. This works well. Bottom line - lamps weak but usable, studio too large for small pieces. But otherwise the studio is well made and a great idea.
